I am a middleaged teaching assistant and technician with a local school. My interests are many and varied. I am a re-enactor with a local historical re-enactment society, Anmod Dracan, which is where my user name, Brother Turold,comes from. I have an interest in history from the late Roman period up intil the Tudors. My musical interests are too varied to list in full but mostly music from my youth, 60's & 70's, the Blues, Folk, Progressive Rock, Heavy Mental, and experimental music. I am a big sci-fi fan and often escape to the worlds of Star Trek and Doctor Who. As a qualified carpenter I am interestd in woodwork and hope to buld a small workshop at home, where I will also do a bit of metal work. While I am no Ainsly Harriott I enjoy cooking for my family, taking turns in doing Sunday dinners and Christmas meals. Living in Middlesbrough, a young city in the North East of England, I have an interest in my home town and, being a Yorkshireman, I love the County of Yorkshire and all it's diversity.
